Introduction

The mission is the statement of the company’s objectives and its objectives to reach the aims. Vision is what the company desires to look like or how it wishes to run its business after a certain period. The mission is important because it helps the workers work smart and with vigor, this is because they have something that guides them. The vision helps the leaders of the Organization and the employees to have something that they want to achieve and so they try at all costs to realize it. Strategic planning helps the managers in a company to have their goals and plans organized. It also allows both the administration and the company’s stakeholders to ascertain whether the established objectives will be achieved or not.

Mission and Vision of the Selected Organization

The mission of the organization was to bring the people’s ideas together and disseminate them. They have the best strategies which allow effective spreading of these perceptions. Therefore, that is the force that drives the entire company, and the management finds better ways of ensuring constructive views reach the public. The Vision of the organization is to make people believe in the power of change and aim in attaining greater success from small ideas. This also includes changing people’s attitudes, their lives, and the entire society at large.

Evaluation of the Mission and Vision

A perfect mission should aim higher but should not be impossible to achieve. It should be precise, clear, and motivating to all employers. An ambiguous mission may seem like a threat to the employees, thus, making it difficult for people to work towards achieving it. Additionally, a decent vision should be realistic, it should give a clear image of where the company or organization wants to be in the given period. The vision should also be appealing to all those involved. Nonetheless, the mission on its part should help the organization spread ideas and make effective changes from the small ideas. The vision is appealing, since, it allows individuals to change their attitudes, thus, making the world a better place for everybody.

Values of the Organisation and the Christian Perspective

The values of these organizations are honesty while telling the people about their ideas. Boldness is another value because for someone to understand an idea, the person explaining it should be bold and have vigor. Fairness is also among them because all the ideas are supposed to be shared equally across the globe. Customer experience is vital because people are not the same and so handling them effectively is important. Christianity teaches that everything that is done should be done fairly and without partiality and it concurs with what the company states about fairness. They also agree with the proper handling of customers to avoid discouraging others. Honesty is another value shared with Christianity too because it ensures transparency in everything that is done.

Resources Needed to Accomplish the Mission and Vision

For this mission to be accomplished, a bid team that is ready to successfully accomplish the task is needed. They will form part of the labor that organizes the ideas, discuss them, and other members approve them. The people responsible for disseminating the views globally via the website, media platforms, and other forms of communication should be included in the planning and implementation process too. A strong managing team is also required and their role is to make sure that the goals set for each day are achieved (Siobhan Taylor-Ward, 2018). They will only be sure of that if they monitor the progress. Strong technical knowledge is also required as it will help ensure that all the ideas reach people conveniently. Technology will also help facilitate work and reduce paperwork.

Strategies in Place to help achieve the Mission and Vision

All the employers ought to help one another and work in harmony, no employers should refuse to do work assigned to them. All the core values of the company should be upheld and they should be followed when taking any actions. All the objectives which are set to be achieved each day have to be accomplished, and all workers are required to work collectively towards achieving these goals. Moreover, each employee is responsible for their role and they should be answerable in case of any revision. Additionally, all personnel is motivated and they should feel like they are an essential factor in the running of the organization, therefore, they should strive to make the firm successful. Motivation will help the workers to strive in realizing the aim of both the vision and mission (Shangareyev, 2018). Managers in each department should ensure that there is coordination in all departments so that there is a smooth flow of work.

Contribution of the Strategic Objectives to Strategic Planning

The objectives assist in allocating roles and responsibilities to team members, thus. making it easier during the planning process. They also help to know the number or amount of resources required, for instance, the capital required to implement the given plan. With the plan allocating resources will be easier. Objectives are the generators of ideas that can be given to the people and the employers. By having the relevant ideas at hand and understanding what is expected of them, planning their work and achieving each day’s goal will be stress-free. Objectives ensure workers are alert and fully focussed on the task at hand, thus, managing the whole process is made easier.
