The first day at a new job is always difficult, and it is important to communicate with colleagues to become a part of the team. I have had a chance to increase my skills in the business sphere by working for a huge advertisement company. Departments in this company often help each other, and employees can show their skills in different business areas. While working in this company, I have received practical knowledge and a deep understanding of how the business industry works.

One of the main tasks I have had to do is help an HR manager. During this time, the whole company was working on a promotional project for a huge food organization. Such massive projects unite all departments of any company and provide new workers with an opportunity to communicate with many talented people. Moreover, it is a great chance to share your ideas and possibly change the course of a decision. I managed to talk to the director of the company and discuss the current ideas with other workers. Employees who have been working in this company for a long time notified me that tasks might vary depending on projects, and I could experience this practice in the organization.

I have been working in this company for several months, and the tasks set after starting work seemed more interesting to me due to my participation in a large project. The original task of finding candidates for missing positions in the company was replaced by searching for professionals who help create an advertising campaign. Nervousness before starting work disappeared when I immersed myself in the interesting sphere and established contacts with colleagues. A friendly atmosphere and unified common work have formed a good impression of the company and business industry in general.

Gaining practical experience in a real company gave me more motivation to continue studying many business areas. It is important to overcome the initial fear of changes and use every opportunity to improve professional skills.
