Companies with diverse workforces should guarantee that they introduce policies to fight inequality and discrimination. The rules need to be suitable for every employee without favoring some individuals. In some cases, organizations use biased regulations, making it hard to encourage diversity (Zaki et al., 2019). Cases of women who have been discriminated against in companies have been experienced.
