It is worth noting that the role of HR management has changed significantly with the advent of digital technologies in the economy. First of all, more responsibilities have been assigned to staff, which is a reflection of the new status of employees as company resources (Lussier & Hendon, 2019). The fact is that before the digital economy, people were replaceable elements, performing not only intellectual but physical work. In addition, the requirements for specialists were lower, which means that personnel was less valued (Lussier & Hendon, 2019). At the moment, digital technologies can do most of the simple and long processes on their own. In turn, professionals must have in-depth knowledge of complex industries in order to be useful. This will lead to the fact that the individual ceases to be an easily replaceable part of the team. Therefore, a unique approach is required for each (Lussier & Hendon, 2019). This is the main task of HR management, which aims to manage human resources and meet their needs. In other words, the responsibilities of HR have expanded, leading to the measurement of critical tasks in this area.

HR management develops methods of personnel management; the most common are traditional and strategic types of management. In order for the client organization to achieve the best results, I would advise implementing the second type. The factors that make it possible to evaluate the current system, as well as to advise another, are the type of leadership, the working atmosphere, and the motivation system. These three criteria must be implemented in modern and flexible ways. This will emphasize the value of specialists, as well as successfully delegate responsibilities between them (Lussier & Hendon, 2019). This will lead to employees being subjective in relation to the work performed, but the authorities will be able to evaluate the activity objectively. In addition, the introduction of leadership and a flexible work environment are tactical methods that allow a company to achieve its strategic goals quickly.
