A great number of reasons, why people tend to resist changes, exist. Employees prefer to adhere to stability and comfortable everyday routine (Overcoming employee resistance to change in the workplace, 2019). However, the primary reason for that is poor management (Overcoming employee resistance to change in the workplace, 2019). The resentment to changes may cause negative consequences for managers, such as the lack of trust to administration, inability to implement new technologies and innovations, collective dismissal, and others. Therefore, the necessity to address this issue urgently is undeniable. Managers may contribute to the solution of this problem by overcoming the opposition and engaging the employees, who tend to resist (Overcoming employee resistance to change in the workplace, 2019). Another sufficient strategy implies the implementation of innovation in several stages.

Continuing the topic of changes, the ability to present an innovation should also be covered. Comparing the skills of inexperienced and knowledgeable employees, the latter tend to offer unusual solutions. Although novices in a particular field may have innovative ideas, only experienced workers are highly likely to make it comprehensive and useful for everyone. In addition, the working environment may make a considerable contribution to stimulating the employees to present innovation. For instance, companies may supply the staff with opportunities to learn and develop in their fields or organize a flexible timetable (Kmiecik & Michina, 2018). These approaches stimulate the workers to develop themselves and their talents, which makes them more innovative in the long run.

Thus, the primary aim of each company is to expand globally, and only several small and medium-sized businesses are capable of achieving it. Effective and competent management is crucial in this regard, as it prepares the entire company for expansion. It contributes to amassing necessary funds and establishing trustful relationships with partners and staff members (How to take your company global, n. d.). It regulates the operation properly and contributes to the innovativeness of the company in accordance with the customer’s requests and changes in the market (How to take your company global, n. d.). Therefore, competent management is essential for making a business global.
