Introduction

The central conflict among scientists, which still needs to be resolved, is the question of whether leadership qualities are natural or act as a result of behavioral activity. Leadership is a particular position within a social group that involves influencing other individuals to achieve goals. Leaders have always existed both in the animal kingdom and in human society. The emotional component of leadership includes many components. These involve hearing, understanding people, and accurately realizing their motivation, influence, and courage.

Discussion

It is crucial to be able to place accents and set tasks, motivating people to do what is essential and valuable for each of them individually. It is even more important to control one’s emotions, not succumb to negativity, and not to show negative emotions, despair, or anger to others. Another critical aspect of leadership is to be able to formulate and realize a common goal and consistently lead your team to it. If the whole team does not have such an understanding, then everyone will only perform their own functionality and will not keep common goals in mind.

Moreover, for me, leadership is the ability to understand and listen to people since a leader must take into account all aspects. Personally, I cannot trust a leader if one does not listen to my advice or opinions because, in this case, the opinions of others are not taken into account. In addition, the leader must demonstrate support and understanding, as these are important communication components.

Conclusion

Finally, a true leader must sincerely and honestly express his thoughts, ideas, and opinions. A successful leader and manager is a person who is engaged in the internal and external analysis of what is happening.
