Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a company’s desire not only to make money but also to improve the world around them. This means taking care of employees, their families, the environment, and society as a whole (Bachnik, 2022). The head and employees of a socially oriented company are concerned not only about how much and how to earn but also about the impact the company will have on the world. Amazon Constructions produces its designs using sustainable technologies and natural and recyclable materials. As a part of its environmental initiative, the project will create large boxes in public places that people can use to utilize their old furniture and building materials. In addition, Amazon Constructions will offer the service of creating a new design out of the existing material. Renovating old furniture can contribute to more sustainability and increase conscious buying as a result.

The project team will be composed of workers who express a desire to launch campaigns and who have backgrounds in marketing. To develop a team, it is vital to do it intensively, not extensively. It means that each member should be offered training to boost their qualifications in different areas such as marketing, project management, sustainability, the economy, and others. The employees should stay engaged, which can be achieved by introducing a reward system (Bachnik, 2022). For instance, for each successfully released campaign, they will be given an extra payment or other bonuses, such as additional days off or others. In addition, in-team promotion can be a stimulating factor for working more effectively. In general, Amazon Construction will primarily contribute to environmental project participation to back up its mission.
